The hot runner system, also known as the hot runner system, is mainly composed of hot gate sleeves, hot runner plates, and temperature control electrical boxes. The advantages of hot runner systems

(1) The sprue material does not require post-processing, making the entire forming process fully automated, saving working time and improving work efficiency.

(2) Low pressure loss. The temperature of the hot runner is equal to that of the injection nozzle of the injection molding machine, which avoids the surface condensation of the raw material in the runner and reduces the injection pressure loss.

(3) The reuse of sprue material will cause the degradation of plastic performance. However, using a hot runner system without sprue material can reduce the loss of raw materials and thereby lower product costs. The temperature and pressure in the cavity are uniform, the stress on the plastic part is small, and the density is uniform. Under a smaller injection pressure and within a shorter molding time, better products can be injection molded than those in general injection molding systems. It can better demonstrate its advantages for transparent parts, thin parts, large plastic parts or high-demand plastic parts, and can produce larger products with smaller machines.

(4) The hot nozzles are designed in a standardized and serialized manner, equipped with various nozzle heads for selection, and have good interchangeability.
