3. Injection Molding process description: A mold is a tool used for manufacturing plastic products. It is composed of several sets of parts, and there is a forming mold cavity in this combination. Generally, the fine sprue system should be selected according to the product requirements. (3) Hot runner mold This type of mold structure is largely similar to that of a fine sprue. The main difference is that the runner is located in one or more hot runner plates and hot nozzles with constant temperature, without cold material demolding. The runner and gate are directly on the product, so the runner does not need to be demolded. This system is also known as a sprue system. Dongguan mold processing can save raw materials and is suitable for situations where raw materials are expensive and product requirements are high. The design and processing are difficult, and the mold cost is relatively high.
